First gig, age 9
Keegan declared at the tender age of three that he was going to play the uilleann pipes,
and has worked with steadfast focus to bring that to fruition. At age 20 he now holds
17 Mid-Atlantic Fleadh titles, and in August 2017 he won the All-Ireland championship in
uilleann pipes slow airs. He has performed from Toronto to California to the Jersey Shore,
as well as in Dublin & County Clare.  In addition to playing the pipes, Keegan also sings,
plays whistles, teaches, and composes... bringing a maturity beyond his years to the tradition.
Keegan is from southeastern Pennsylvania, but now resides in southern Rhode Island.
Keegan's teaching [is] delightful and effective...."
